Application of the add-on block library
Function Chart |
This example applies both known event generator blocks EG_w/s/f - see example 8 - process connection - and extended event generator blocks EGE_w/s/f. Latter offer a static event signal at output 2. Input 2 resets this output. As can be seen from the figure above any logical connections may be realized with this.
ES_34 | drive 3 reached a reference angle | ES_10 | ES_8 and no STOP signal |
ES_5 | drives 1 and 2 reached production speed | ES_11 | ES_8 and STOP signal |
ES_6 | drive 3 reached angle 1 (welding start) | ES_12 | drives 1 and 2 reached zero speed |
ES_7 | ES_5 and ES_6 synchronous | ES_13 | see ES_34 |
ES_8 | drive 3 reached angle 2 (welding stop) | ES_14 | drive 3 reached zero speed |
ES_9 | see ES_6 |
