Example 9 - Process connection

FUP example 9: process connection

This example applies both known event generator blocks EG_w/s/f - see example 8 - process connection - and extended event generator blocks EGE_w/s/f. Latter offer a static event signal at output 2. Input 2 resets this output. As can be seen from the figure above any logical connections may be realized with this.

ES_34drive 3 reached a reference angle ES_10ES_8 and no STOP signal
ES_5drives 1 and 2 reached production speed ES_11ES_8 and STOP signal
ES_6drive 3 reached angle 1 (welding start) ES_12drives 1 and 2 reached zero speed
ES_7ES_5 and ES_6 synchronous ES_13see ES_34
ES_8drive 3 reached angle 2 (welding stop) ES_14drive 3 reached zero speed
ES_9see ES_6
