Day 3
–The Late Bronze Age Back to Main Page
We started in Turn 10, right before the Acquisition of
Civilization Advance Cards.
Turn 10 – David took over the ruling of Babylon for
one session.
Minoa and the Celts developed
Pottery, Rome and Iberia developed Cloth Making.
Due
to the Superstition from Day2 Assyria made one step back on the AST.
Turn 11 – Carthage tried again to build up a city in
Libya, Minoa invaded the Egypt area.
Battles
were found between Rome and Iberia as well as between Hellas and Rome.
Assyria
was hit by an earthquake, reducing also the Babylonian city in Mesopotamia.
Babylon
was hit by tempest and famine. Carthage had a slave revolt. Hatti had one city
lost
by a city fire and Egypt lost a city by treachery to the Assyrians.
The
Minoans, Babylon and Carthage developed agriculture, the Celts took sculture,
the Romans
developed
urbanism. The Egypts developed astro navigation and the Minoans developed
masonry.
The
Celts were the first to follow the Minoans to the late bronze age.
Turn 12 – Some ongoing conflicts between Minoa and
Egypt, Rome and Hellas, Rome and Iberia and Celts and Iberia.
David
as the new ruler of Babylon did not fulfill his specific rules from Henriette,
the old sovereign, as he attacked
Assyria.
The
Barbarians invaded the Celts area from the north, destroyed London and took
over all of Britain.
Rome
was hit by a civil war, losing the complete Sicilian Island to Egypt. Carthage
was hit by Superstition.
Minoa
developed Engineering, Assyria and Babylon developed Pottery. Hellas developed
with Metalworking its first technology.
The
Hatti developed Written Record (focus on Craft) and the Iberians developed
Mysticism.
The
Babylonians were the third civilization to advance to the late bronze age.
Turn 13 – The Minoans lost two cities due to tax
revolts to Carthage. The battle between Rome and Iberia continued. Hellas
ignored the
Advancing
Romans on its territory and attacked the Minoans. Some sources say, that Hellas
was ill advised or even leaded by
Carthage
in doing so. The Minoans retreated from the Egypt area and stronger its forces
in its main territory, tearing down also
one
of the two lost cities to Carthage. The Egypt tried to invade the Minoan areas
in Phaestos and Cyprus, but did not succeed.
