Registration
To register please write an e-mail to us by July 15, 2017. If you have any questions you can reach us through the same e-mail-address.
Accomodation
Please note that we will not arrange accommodations for you. We recommend reserving your rooms as soon as possible, for example at
- Villa Europa & Candia (next to the beach)
- Villa Anna (nice little apartment villa)
- Hotel Libyan Princess
- Hotel Rea
- Hotel Pal Beach
or at any other available option. You may book single or double rooms or even apartments for 1-4 persons.
Travel
As we will organize taxi transportation from Chania airport to the conference site, we ask to book a suitable flight to Chania on the weekend September 30 - October 1. We will also organize taxi transportation on the weekend after the workshop.
Presentations and Abstracts
There will be the possibility for presentations with a projector (25+5 min) as well as on the blackboard (40+5 min).
The participants who would like to give a talk should submit a short abstract of their presentation by e-mail, as a PDF file not later than July 15, 2017. The abstract should contain the author's and co-authors' names, affiliations, and their e-mail addresses.
