Alumni-Netzwerk  “Bildung und Technologietransfer“

Die Arbeit des Alumni-Netzwerkes „Bildung und Technologietransfer“ richtet sich auf die systematische Qualifizierung der Alumni und Betreuung ihrer Karrierewege zu Experten, die systemstrukturierend und systemberatend von der Planungs- bis zur Wirkungsebene in Bildungs-, Wirtschafts- und im administrativ-verwaltenden Sektor sowie in Forschungseinrichtungen und Entwicklungsprojekten wirksam werden. Des Weiteren wird die Entwicklung regionaler Netzwerke zwischen den Alumni (z.T. auch Alumniverbände) der Wirtschaft, Vertretern der Politik und Akteuren der internationalen Entwicklungszusammenarbeit ange-strebt. Darüber hinaus dient das Netzwerk der Gewinnung leistungsstarker Alumni für Forschungs-/Promotionsvorhaben in Deutschland sowie für die Implementierung gemeinsamer Wissenschafts-kooperationen und Projekte.

Auf der Wirkungsebene leistet das Netzwerk einen Beitrag zur Lösung von Problemen hinsichtlich der Defizite bei der Implementierung von modernen Produktions- und Dienstleistungsstrukturen durch Widersprüche zwischen Technologie, Qualifikation und sozio-kulturelle Bedingungen in Entwicklungs- und Schwellenländern sowie bezüglich des Mangels an problemorientierten Organisationsstrukturen als auch Defiziten in der Organisations- und Personal-entwicklung auf non-formaler und informeller Ebene.

Alumni Network "Education and Technology Transfer"

The work of the alumni network "Education and Technology Transfer" is directed to the systematic training of the alumni and support their career paths to experts, the system-structuring and system advice and from the planning to the action level in educational, economic and administrative-managing sector as well as effective in research institutions and development projects. Furthermore aimed at the development of regional networks between the Alumni (z.T. also Alumni Associations) with the economic, political representatives and members of the international development cooperation. In addition, the network searches to attract talented alumni for research or doctorate in Germany as well as for the implementation of joint scientific collaborations and projects .

In terms of effectiveness, the network shall be contributed to the solution of problems regarding the shortcomings in the implementation of modern manufacturing and service structures by contradictions between technology, qualification and socio-cultural conditions in developing and emerging countries and with respect to the lack of problem-oriented organizational structures and deficits in organizational and personnel development on the non-formal and informal level.
