Gesa Lietzmann, Major: Industrial Engineering  I study Industrial Engineering in my fifth year. Last year I spent a year abroad as an exchange student in the US. Originally I am from North Germany.

One and a half years ago I additionally started to participate in classes offered by the Centre for East Asian Studies. My interests are music, photography, traveling, and outdoor activities.

I am double majoring in North American Studies and Educational Science (fifth semester). I enjoy travelling around the globe and going to the movies. Communicating with people coming from different countries is very important to me as I am very eager to learn more about other cultures and countries.

Hello! I am Maik.   I started studying ‘Business and Computer Science’ in 2000 and still perceive it as a very interesting and challenging field. My subjects cover a wide range from (for example) ‘Database-Systems’ and ‘Computer Integrated Business’ to the personal interest field ‘Chinese Studies’. I began to learn mandarin in 2001 and still enthusiastically try to improve it by working with a Chinese friend. Some of my further interests and hobbies are reading, riding my bicycle and to enjoy Sci-fi-movies and series.
